Usually free version is OK and the paid version is better. I love the free version and my spouse is using it too. And if he gives the OK, then its a double thumbs up. My only wish is that they could have done it years ago. Thank you Dave Ramsey for making our lives better.
Never had a problem with the app. Very useful and easy to use.
I have tried so many different budget options and none of them keep me on track. I like the free version because I can manually enter my transactions and I am conscience of what Im spending. My simple routine is to update at the end of the week and make sure to update categories like Restaurants immediately since this is problem area for my budget. Its simple to use! I love that I can easily modify which category my expenses go under. I noticed after my first month of using the program that it automatically averaged some of my over spending categories in the new month. Going into the new month I can see what I should be spending on i.e. Restaurant. My tiny issue is that I had to download the iPhone app on my iPad mini as there is no other option. I cant wait for EveryDollar is offered on other mobile options and other mobile browser options.
Works great! Simple and easy to use, and yet has lots of features to do pretty much anything you need. Great to have an app that syncs across mine and my wifes devices so we can both track the same budget.
I get paid bi weekly. Does this app have the option of a bi weekly budget? Im not finding it
Some bad moments
Tried 4 times to sign up after downloading the app, and it crashed every time. If I cant even get signed up without issues, its not worth my time.
Keeps crashing.... Im from Canada and I cant get past the address bit

Maybe more stable on newer phones but crashes constantly on iPhone 4
On my phone, the new update made the budget month disappear. You can still tap the top center and get the drop down menu but thats annoying. Using the back button is difficult because you cant tap ON the arrow, you have to tap NEAR the arrow. Also, I cant alternate between seeing what I planned for each category and what Ive actually spent.
Ive been a loyal user of the app for a while now and was enjoying many of the features. Then, after the most recent update, it appears that Ive lost some of the features that I enjoy the most. The main feature lacking is the ability to link to your bank account - which was one of the biggest benefits to using this app over others. It looks as if this is now a "Plus Feature", but after a while of searching - I cant figure out how to get this feature back to save my life. I had been recommending this app to all of my friends, but will no longer continue to do so and probably end my usage of the app as well. Unfortunate update for EveryDollar.
