Very nice work Dave and team!!!!
Very nice work Dave and team!!!!
Works very well! Great app!
sweet app. It really helps me keep track of my spending.
Whenever I tried to create an account, it's just showing not acceptable. I tried website and app both but the results are still same.
I’ve been using the every dollar app for several years now with the plus version and really love it! It really helps me track my overall savings. I think there could be a few improvements and I would love to be part of a focus group for that, but overall I found found it to be the most useful and least stressful budget I’ve ever used. And I have Tried many. Thanks!
See above
App was working fine and was adding login info for bank. Received the text for 2fa. App won’t let me add the info. When I tap the text box to add the code nothing happens. I tried a second time and still wouldn’t work. Closed the screen and tried opening another app and text boxes work just fine.
The knowledge that Mr. Ramsey and his team share has helped me grow in my financial education and life. I know the true freedom of being debt free because of his generosity in sharing his knowledge. Thank you, Mr. Ramsey and the Ramsey Team.
I’ve been trying to use this app for almost 10 years now. I find it very confusing to use.
Super easy to keep track of my finances.
Trying to use this app and can’t even type on my phone in the login boxes.
Every update makes this app more and more bloated, to the point where the budgeting isn’t even the main tab anymore. It’s a bunch of junk you have to click through to get to the main function
This app is amazing for keeping track of your budget.
If you really helpful, if you could link your debt through the accounts feature, it would show up on the budget automatically or at least be able to select that one that way if I don’t know, the whole idea is not to use credit card again, but if it is needed, or you had a recurring transaction, you forgot to change You could see that amount adjust for the new debt acquired
The app wouldn’t let us update info. So we deleted and signed back in but it won’t let us answer the security questions. We’ll be canceling the subscription.
I loved using this app, but not anymore. Every new feature they’ve pushed has made it less intuitive and harder to use. For example: - auto upper case every time spacing. This seems like it’s a good feature, but it makes the entire experience lag on iOS, BUST! - locking every naming category so every category before is consistently named. Terrible! Every month, I have to do something different with a category, and forcing this makes it super difficult to specify needs. - pop ups to join premium every time I add a transaction. WHAT!? Why!? I know you have to advertise and push products, but every transaction? Terrible. These are just 2 that come to mind. It’s been a real pain to use lately and will be looking for something else.
I paid for the premium version thinking that it would streamline my budgeting process. Now I receive multiple transactions for each transaction I make. This is very annoying because I have to go back into each transaction I have already logged to insure that I’m not double accounting for purchases. This has made the process take much longer than just manually loading them. I wish I had just stayed with the free version.
I want to like this app. I really do, and maybe it is just because it is my first time using it in years but there are so many issues. First of all. There are too many features on both free and paid options that you HAVE to have access to an actual desk top to utilize. (I rarely got on an actual computer anymore.) Second of all, this app in an attempt to be “smart” pulls fake money from a previous month to try to “fix” that balance it thinks I have, and when I set up my funds option on certain expenses it doubles what I actually have available. So as of right now I am tracking my “budget” in Every Dollar but I am also having to create a numbers spreadsheet budget to make sure the numbers are accurate! So, while I tried the free trial of the paid version, I canceled it before day 3 because it was completely worthless for me.
I absolutely love this app! It has made such a positive impact on both my wife and me. If you’re considering getting this app-don’t hesitate. It’s truly worth it.
Everything says it’s free until you try to use it. Then it’s $79.99 a year or $17.99 a month. Neither amounts are in my budget.
Great tool! Simple way to budget your money! Everything you need in a budget app!
Its great if you want to see you budget
What’s with not being allowed to name budget items? It’s started telling me that I already have an item with that name. I know that. That’s what I want everything in that category to be called. And why does it now insist on numbering similar entries? I don’t need to be told what to do; I need the app to reflect what I’m doing and track it. Undo this, please Very happy with the recent update. There’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to name things the way I want to, and I appreciate you fixing this issue
Budgeting interface works well across all devices I have the app on and helps tremendously in not just organizing my finances but specifically targeted at gaining mastery over them to use them in the wisest manner.
Not sure what happened but the app required me to sign back in today only to find all of my budgets gone. That is a HUGE issue.
This is hands down the best app for budgeting. I use it every single day and can’t live without it!!
I’m staring to remember why I disliked these budgeting apps. While EveryDollar has several helpful features, I find my overall experience to be restrictive. The app excels in handling recurring transactions and income, making it great for consistent financial patterns. However, it starts to become discombobulating when managing non-recurring expenses. Having to schedule one-time or unexpected transactions feels cumbersome. I prefer the flexibility to input these expenses as they occur without the need for prior scheduling. This budgeting process makes the app feel overwhelming. I understand that a structured approach can be beneficial for others but, personally, it doesn’t align with my budgeting style. The lack of adaptability for irregular expenses just ruins the process for me. I understand that this approach works for people who can maintain strict budgeting frameworks, however, I’m looking for something that’s a bit more flexible and intuitive. I’ll be sticking to the Japanese budgeting framework, Kakeibo.
Love the concept of accounting for every dollar but I can’t believe I’m not able to update group names on the app. Also there’s no Recurring Payments section. I really need to be able to see which bills are due each pay period.
I had been using this wonderful app for a little over 3 months. I like how it highlights in red when I’ve gone over my budget and carries over my pre-entered budget from one month to the next. Today I had to reset my password. After that all my budget items were gone and deleted. I had to start from scratch. I’ll give it one more try.
One day I tried opening the app and it signed me out and every time I try logging in it says “too many redirects occurred”. This happened for all the other Ramsey apps as well. It’s been like a month and I can’t log in still :(
Just updated the app and it won’t let me login anymore.
I have been very forgetful but this app is filling in the gaps when I don’t get a receipt or just get lasy to records. It’s is great accountability
Don’t know where we will be without this app! It’s the best budgeting tool by far.
So easy to use!
Took accounting and both micro/macro economics in college. I know numbers and I know money. Set my daughter up on this app to try and help her manage her money flow, and try to stick to a budget. What a confusing mess! Clearly NOT designed for actual account management (not even a rational means of paying your credit card **gasp** through checking). This app is at best made for one who ONLY has a debit card and is uninterested in seeing where the money goes beyond a red/green color. Do not use this app, go with one that does not limit you. The reporting tools are dismal.
I can’t function financially without this app
Three months ago I didn’t know where my money went, spending on simple things, my monthly planner didn’t match the end of every other week waiting for the next paycheck. Now there are no surprises, I know exactly where the money is applied and I keep making progress on killing my consumer debt. This is a great tool!
Every tool is there. Love the abilities and has helped my wife and I prioritize budgeting and staying on track. I’d love to see dark mode and dark icons added.
Build your income and manage
Since the latest update, I cannot log on I have an iPhone and it says that it’s not a secure connection. doesn’t use HTTPS? Other than that it is an awesome app.
I love this app! - when it works. It often gets stuck on the sign in screen
If you’re asking yourself if this is the right app, the answer is yes .
Tried spreadsheet budgeting for a year. It was fine but I felt like I couldn’t ever save as much as I planned for upcoming expenses. I had an emergency buffer that I used as a big sinking fund. Every dollar allows me to break that into a bunch of sinking funds so I can see where we have money to spend and how much. Love the ability to schedule when we are being paid and decide where the money from each check goes ahead of time. It’s convenient to load the same budget monthly and have sinking fund/category totals carry over from the previous months. It’s April and I started in February… feel like I finally have a good sense of where the money goes each month (not all to eating out shockingly!). Pop up expenses aren’t a huge issue though because I can pull from the appropriate fund and even split the expense between categories if needed. With the connection to banking/credit card, I can not track for a few days or week and easily get updated again. This is good because it does typically take a day or three for transactions to show up.
Great for budgeting. App is a little glitchy now and then. Makes me sign in more often than I wish. But it helps us stay on budget so that’s the important part. Love that my wife and I can both access it from our phones.
I love how this app connected to my bank so easily. This app is already set up for you and it takes all of the thinking out of budgeting. I have tried several budgeting apps and this is by far the best
Best budgeting app we have ever used. Simple and syncs with our bank No problem.
This app pays for itself very quickly. Worth it to pay for the premium and have all your expenses out in the open. Especially if you’re trying to get on the same page with the partner, and you can both see all of your shared expenses.
Simple, easy-to-use, & streamlined interface. Other budgeting apps are too cluttered. This one focused on what matters, clearing debt & staying out of it.
I really wish this app allowed me to make weekly budgets. Sure you can track spending for the week. But I am not a salary worker. I work hourly it’s hard enough as is giving accurate estimates. But the add on trying to make a budget for a full month when I don’t even know what my shifts look like for a month is a nightmare. I don’t like doing averages because what if I’m below that average? For this I think I might bite the bullet and find a new budgeting tool. Overall it works well. But so much easier if your income is consistent.
Can’t integrate Apple Card so none of my transactions are tracked.
This app is worth every penny. It has helped us so much with budgeting and paying our debts off
This app is terrible. Very minimal usage with the free version, and even the paid version is not good. The visualizations with the paid version don’t actually help you see where you are in your budget. It doesn’t since well with credit unions. Only updates like once a week. Several system bugs I have caught already by using it for the last 2 months. For instance, if you categorize a transaction for the previous month during the current month, the transaction will go towards the current months budget. Overall, not well thought out and not very well tested application. Disappointed and seems like a money grab from the Ramsey group. Sad because I was finally looking forward to a helpful budgeting app since Mint is no longer in service.
